Shipping & Removal Terms

All items are sold as-is, where-is. ATR Auctions does not provide shipping, freight, or delivery services of any kind. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging and funding all transportation and removal of purchased lots.
Items are available for on-site pickup only at the facility listed in the auction listing. Winning bidders must schedule a pickup appointment in advance. The facility is access-controlled, walk-ins and unscheduled arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Contact required within 24 hours of winning.

Winning bidders must contact ATR within 24 hours of auction close to schedule removal. Failure to make contact within this window may result in forfeiture of the lot and loss of any deposit paid.
Items not removed within the designated removal period may be subject to storage fees, re-listing, or disposal at ATR's sole discretion. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
